Little Wins Privacy Policy

1. Background

1.1 This Privacy Policy relates to how the Little Wins app (App) published by Drake, Samuel Robert

(ABN 52 379 864 317) (Publisher) handles and stores a user’s personal and sensitive

information.

1.2 This Privacy Policy is provided in addition to and is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and

Conditions of the App (Terms and Conditions).

1.3 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy personal information means as defined under the Privacy

Act 1988 (Cth) (Personal Information).

1.4 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy sensitive information means as defined under the Privacy

Act 1988 (Cth) (Sensitive Information).

2. Login and User Accounts

2.1 The App does not require the user to create an account, register or sign in to the App and no

Personal or Sensitive Information of the user is required to be disclosed to the Publisher.

2.2 In accordance with the Terms and Condition the user must be eighteen (18) years of age or older

and the Personal or Sensitive Information of persons under eighteen (18) years of age is not

collected, stored or processed by the Publisher.

3. Collection Storage and Processing of Personal Data by Publisher

The Publisher does not intentionally collect, store or process Personal or Sensitive Information about

the user through the user’s use of the App.

4. Analytics and Data Tracking

As the App does not collect or store personal information, the Publisher does not maintain personal

information databases. If any information is provided voluntarily (for example via email), it will be

stored securely and retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

5. Payments and Third Parties

5.1 In accordance with Terms and Conditions the user is required to pay the fee set by the Publisher

to use the App and all of its content at the time of payment (Fee).

5.2 Where the user does pay the Fee, the payment is processed exclusively by the relevant platform

of download or installation or that platform’s nominated third party payment processor.

5.3 The Publisher:

5.3.1 does not intentionally receive or store details of the payment of the Fee including card

details, billing information and other financial data;

5.3.2 does not intentionally have access to information that identifies the user personally in

connection with the user’s purchase; and

5.3.3 only receives confirmation from the platform of download that a valid purchase has

occurred for the purposes of enabling access to the App.

5.4 Any information collected in connection with the user’s payment of the Fee is handled in

accordance with the privacy policies and procedures and terms and conditions of the relevant

platform in which the user downloaded or installed the App.

5.5 The user acknowledges that the Publisher is not responsible for the privacy practices of third

parties and that the user should review the applicable platform’s privacy policy and terms and

conditions for further information about how the user’s data is collected and used.

6. Platform Acknowledgement

The user acknowledges and agrees that this Privacy Policy is concluded between the user and the

Publisher only, and not with Apple Inc. (Apple) or Google LLC (Google).

7. Changes to App Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

The Publisher warrants that should the Publisher introduce features into the App that involves the

collection of the user’s Personal or Sensitive Information, it will update this Privacy Policy and the

App’s Terms and Conditions in accordance with the applicable privacy laws.
